Charles Pelfrey

Chuck was born in Albion Michigan 8 April 1964 to Charles and Ann Pelfrey.  He has 3 siblings, an older sister and 2 younger brothers. Chuck married his High School sweetheart Lea Ann Hays on 31 July 1982 and graduating High School.  Chuck and Lea Ann have a daughter Alicia and a son Chuck, they also have four grandchildren Savannah, Mason, Lucas, and AJ. In Sep 1982 Chuck joined the United States Army where he served in the Finance Corp. for over 22 years retiring as a First Sergeant in April 2005. While in the Army jump was a Senior rated Jumpmaster, served on two deployments to Albania and Kuwait.  He received multiple awards including Army Achievement medal, Army Commendation medal, and Joint Service Commendation. During his time in the Service Chuck also served for White House Communications Agency providing direct support to the President, Vice President and First Family. 

              Chuck is a graduate on Northern Virginia Community College where he earned his associate degree in business management.  He earned this degree doing late night classes while serving in the U.S. Army. 

              After serving in the U.S. Army Chuck was a government employee, Insurance Salesman, and Car Salesman before finding his home again with Woodforest National Bank in Dec 2006.  Chuck was hired to be Assistant Branch Manager for the Fayetteville branch, and after 2 weeks and some personnel changes in the area Chuck was promoted to Branch Manager.  Chuck served as Branch Manager for approximately 1 and half years before being promoted to Market Manager of SENC where he has served since Aug 2008. Chuck was promoted to Assistant Vice President during his tenure as Market Manger. Chuck is also a member of the Second Harvest Foodbank Advisory Committee where he has served for the past 6 years, 3 as chairman of the board. 

              Chuck’s primary hobbies are Motorcycles, Camping and Family.  Chuck is currently serving as the Director of the local Harley Owners Group (HOG) that he has been a member of for over 10 years.  Chuck and Lea Ann recently purchased a camper and have begun enjoying more family time out camping.
